Our client within local government is searching for an enthusiastic member to become part of their Business Continuity team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the Council's business continuity management programme, ensuring all documents are maintained and updated in accordance with British Standards legislation, government guidance and corporate policy.

This will include delivering training, effective testing of systems and providing support for all Business Continuity arrangements, whilst being able to provide advice on the ethos of business continuity planning to the local community in both the business and voluntary sector.

The right candidate for this role will have background in risk management and policy development as well as having experience in a business continuity role.
