There’s a large double room available in a four bed flat, for a single professional (sorry no couples). Date the room is available date is flexible.

The flat has recently been modernly refurbished & renovated (new wooden floor, new kitchen and bathroom) with all the mods & cons (including microwave/washing machine/fridge+freezer etc).

The kitchen doubles as a lounge, with a spacious seating area (2 sofas) with big TV, Sky + (including Sports), free international calls and broadband. The bathroom is equipped with a power shower, bath, toilet and plenty of space to store toiletries. The room itself is very spacious with a double bed, large wardrobe and drawers and polished wooden floors.

The flat is a 6 minute walk from Acton Town tube (Piccadilly and District lines) and 10 mins bus to Shepherds Bush & North Acton (Central and Hammersmith & City). It’s a 2 minute walk to most shops including Morrison’s supermarket, with a large selection of takeaways and fast food outlets close by as well. If you fancy a drink, there’s plenty of pubs close by (literally a stone’s throw away].

We are looking for an easy going, social Aussie, Kiwi or English person between 25 -30ish who speak English as a first language or are totally proficient in English. You’ll be sharing with a Aussie female (23) and English male (25), a Kiwi female (29) and Aussie girl (28). So while we're not excluding females, it'd be nice to get a guy in to even things up!

The flat really is a place you'll call 'home' and will be proud to show people and have friends/family around. It is definitely a home, not just a house or flat share.

Rent £450 per month. Bills come to about £86 a month. (This includes Sky+ TV, broadband, international calls, telephone, gas, & electricity, heating, council tax and a weekly cleaner).

Payable in advance is bond of £660 and 1 months rent plus bills [£530].
