I'm looking for ideally two adjacent rooms that can be used for the purposes of audio post/speech recording work (TV, radio, advertising, NOT music). I would need one room as a control room, and a second larger room as a recording booth.

I would need to treat the rooms for sound, but NO permanent changes will take place.

Needs to be very cenral London, ideally Soho, Fitzrovia or Marylebone areas due to client locations.

Please give me prices of rents, terms, location etc.
