Chef de partie for our pubs in South West London. We have exciting modern British menus, using seasonal produce. These are high volume sites and requires chef de parties who is able to jump in and be part of the team!
Geronimo Inns are passionate about British dishes using seasonal produce. Our pubs are all individual with a homely feel and we need a like minded Chef de partie who has passion, humour and the ability to help create a WOW factor.
We are looking for a Chef de partie who has a good basic knowledge of cookery, is organised and keen to learn.
As a potential Chef de partie you must:
• At least 4 years experience as a chef
• Good basic culinary and knife skills
• Experience of working with British seasonal produce
• Be able to maintain high kitchen standards
• Have strong communication skills
• Be able to work with others
• Work well in a busy environment
In order to develop our chefs further, we have a training kitchen which we use to improve our chefs culinary knowledge and skills.
