For sale, a Denon Dn-Hs5500 mp3 turntable. I've bought this deck 3-4 months ago for £650, but due to time constraints I've decided to give up DJ'ing and thus am now selling off my gear. (I'm also selling a behringer DDM4000 mixer in case you're interested).
The unit is as new, with all the original packaging and accessories. It has no marks, scratches or any other signs of use and functionally it is 100% perfect, - everything works the same as the day it left the factory and its generally been rock solid where reliability is concerned.

Features-wise this deck is nearly the same as the new Pioneer CDJ 900 or 2000, except for being about a quarter of the price and offering two decks in one.
This deck features:
-a real direct drive spinning platter with higher torque rating than Technics sl 1210s, it gives the proper authentic vinyl fee to mixing / scratching;

-can play MP3s from almost any USB source, if you link two of these decks up files on one deck are visible and accessible to the other one;

-Each of these decks has two separate channels and can function as two virtual decks per unit. (you press a layer button and its deck a, press it again and its deck b), so you only need one to be able to mix. Its very clever design and works really well in a mixing environment (as you normally mix one deck at a time anyway). If you have two of these you are easily able to mix up to four tracks at the same time;

-You can analyze your files and write the BPM information which will give the deck 100% accurate BPM reading allowing you to perform much quicker beat matching leaving you more time to make your mix sound better.
