A leading fashion retailer is looking for a Key Account Handler to manage its high-profile wholesale accounts. Our client is an innovative design company with an international presence. They have a fantastic company culture and a cosmopolitan team of independent people who express their individuality through the clothes they wear.

The role will involve organising all order confirmation logistics at the end of selling campaigns. This will include purchase order checking and liaising with merchandisers, buyers and factory personnel to ensure shipments are processed quickly and efficiently. Emphasis will be placed on optimizing sales opportunities and maintaining good response times to clients’ enquiries, as well as working with cross-functional departments including Sales, Finance and Logistics.

The position is a fixed-term 12 month contract and will report to the Customer Services Manager. Candidates must have experience in key account management within fashion.

A proactive approach and strong communication skills are of importance, as the role will be the main point of contact for both internal and external account enquiries. Candidates should be commercially aware and proficient in Excel.
