What are we looking for?

• You MUST have a HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL TELEPHONE MANNER who can communicate effectively over the phone,
• Have a PASSION TO WORK FOR A CHARITY
• Enjoy working and contributing in a team environment


As a specialist in the call centre industry we are looking for well spoken and articulate staff to call new and existing supporters to see if they could donate to one of many charities including OXFAM, Greenpeace, UNICEF and Cancer Research.

• You choose your own shifts!

You can choose your own shifts from the following:
Monday – Friday
13:30 – 17:00 (3½ hours)
17:30 – 21:00 (3½ hours)
13:30 – 21:00 (7 hours – ½ hour break)

Saturday
10:00 – 13:30 (3½ hours)
14:00 – 17:30 (3½ hours)
10:00 – 17:30 (7 hours – ½ hour break)


Please note:
• A minimum commitment of 3 months is required
• You MUST work at least 14 hours per week
