i have a double room to let in hanger lane, which is in between Ealing broadway and wembley in W5.

Transport facilities: hanger lane tube station(central Line) is just next to the flat and park royal tube station(Piccadilly Line) is within 3 mins walk. Bus stop is just infront of the flat with the bus routes towards, wembley, ealing, southall, whitecity, brent cross, sudbury etc

shops facilities: there are so many grocery shops and restaurants by the flat. just on the 30 sec distance and also there is Post office as well. Sainsbury's is just on 10 mins walk.

entertainment : Vue cinema is just on 5 mins walk. gym is also within 5 mins walk. Pizza Hut and Mcdonalds is just nearby the flat.

The location is wonderful and the house is fully furnished, neat and clean, with central heating, washing machine, Oven, boiler and internet.

i want to rent the rooms only to females, either professional or students, or to nice and decent couple without children. the rent for the couple would be £600 all inc.

Also i would like someone muslim and preferably from pakistan but not necessary. Others are welcome as well as far as they can respect others beliefs and values:)

Also i also want people who are non smokers and avoid to drink at home and are friendly, neat and tidy and respectful to others privacy.

A little bit about me: I am studying and working in telecommunication company. and i am very friendly and respectable person. i love cooking and like to spend my free time either with family or by outing sometimes.
