French Speaking Information officer

French Charity located in central London is looking for a dynamic French Speaking Information officer.

You will be in charge of:
- Welcoming visitors, members and partners, giving them information about the charity and about our activities, answering emails and calls in English.
- General administration tasks such as: organising the planning, classifying and storing documents (both hard copies and electronic resources), managing the supply of office items,…
- Cashing

Profile:

We are looking for a versatile and organised person, able to deal with multi-task activities and able to work under pressure on her/his own initiative. Candidates will only be considered with French spoken to the standard of a first language and have a good level of English. She/He must also know how to use Word and Excel.

The person should value human interactions, be outgoing and patient.

A first experience in a charity or/and as a receptionist/PA would be a real advantage. Being educated to either an HND or HNC level (BTS, DUT) would be a must.

We are offering you the opportunity to work 40 hours a week in a small and friendly team, having the responsibility to help people to the higher standard.

Salary: £14.500 gross
