Fantastic Opportunity for Sales Office Manager with a strong 4 star backgroung
This luxury hotel in the heart of London is seeking a Conference Office Manager to lead a team of 3 in their busy sales Office.
The role here includes
Managing the sales office team and have a reactive sales culture within the sales office
Responding to customer enquiries, entering customer orders, reserving goods, creating picking lists
Managing all scheduled reporting relating to order fulfillment and sales data
Identifying process improvements and enabling updated operational practices
Managing the product return and customer service functions
Interacting with external area sales representatives and internal heads of departments
The successful applicant ideally will have the following attributes:
At least 3 years experience of hotel sales in a senior role
A high level of computer literacy (experience of the Protel system an advantage)
Well developed communication skills
Show great attention to detail
Hands on approach
