Outbound calling to existing customers, you will be representing one of the largest media company’s in the UK, Sky. Your role will require you to up-sell and cross-sell a variety of Sky's products and services to its existing customers. You will need an inherent desire to succeed whist delivering the highest standards in quality and service. Keeping abreast of competitors within the TV, Broadband and Telco industries to ensure the information given to customers is accurate and up to date will be essential.
Through effective questioning you will identify and clarify a customer’s needs and match the appropriate product/service that best meets their needs with key priority on ensuring the customer has a positive customer experience/journey. Recognition of diversity of Customers and their needs. Manage escalation process for calls/contacts that are not resolved in one call/contact.
We have some fantastic opportunities at present in a variety of both sales and customer services positions, offering realistic achievable earnings of £10.50 + per hour.
We require people with an effervescent personality and the will to succeed!
The starting dates are weekly and we are interviewing daily. Full time permanent positions (40hours minimum per week)
