The Ginger Pig is looking for an enthusiastic butcher to join our busy shop on Lauriston road, Hackney, London. Traditional butchery skills will be required as our product arrives from our farms in Yorkshire in whole carcasses.

Candidates MUST have good knife skills and retail butchery experience.
