A fun, friendly, funky class with music you know and love This is a general level for all abilities.
Tuesdays 8-9.30pm Adult Contemporary, release technique, £5 drop in
Focusing on weight, suspension and flow the class builds from exercises and travelling sequences into a final phrase. This is an intermediate level class.
