Creative Admin Assistant
CREATIVE ADMIN ASSISTANT NEEDED FOR VARIED ROLE - IMMEDIATE START

Assistant required to work 3 days a week in our art and furnishings warehouse. We deal with original art, photography and have recently branched out into canvas printing, as well as dealing in leather beanbags and small furnishings.
I am looking for someone organised and creative who can help to organise the warehouse, complete admin duties, and be responsible for the overall display within the warehouse.
The role will be diverse – from data-entry to framing canvases, from helping set up exhibitions, to the roll-out of PR campaigns - this person will be involved in many areas of the business.
The successful candidate will be strong in some of these fields and possess the right attitude to be trained in the other areas.
However, you must be:
-Naturally organised
-Creative, with an interest in art, or photography
-Dedicated
-Self-motivated
-Willing to Learn
-Talented at sales
We will give preference to candidates who have:
- Great presentation and interpersonal skills
- Relative experience
- PC and typing proficiency
- An interest in art
- Ability to carry out physical duties such as filling and wrapping beanbags and art.
This is for an immediate start, so please don't apply if this is not possible for you.
This could develop into a full-time role in the future.
HOURS
Saturday, Monday and Wednesdays 10am – 5pm
PLUS additional work during busy periods and exhibitions.
PAY
£7.00 - £8.00 per hour + Bonus (structured)
The successful candidate will undertake a 3-month trial, followed by development planning and a bonus/pay review.
