We are looking for a young professional to move into our lovely flat in hackney, preferably early December. The flat is in a victorian semi detached house and the room is bright and clean, and kitted out with double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. You would be living with 2 boys and 2 girls in their mid twenties who work in design and media. Rent is £435 per month not including bills plus 6 weeks rent as deposit, council tax is around £30 a month. We are a stones throw away to hackney central and mare street, London Fields and Old Street, Stoke Newington etc plus a bus stop at the end of the road has various routes into town. We are looking for someone who is sociable, friendly, tidy and likes a drink.
