Admin assistant Secretary
A highly efficient admin assistant/secretary is required for one of the Directors of a busy Investor Relations consultancy in the City of London. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Director in the areas of;
New business development
Existing client relationships
Marketing
Diary management
The job holder will also work with other members of the administration team in providing general office support.
Skills & Experience:
- Strong relevant administration background
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office including Powerpoint
- Good communication skills
- Ability to prioritise effectively
- Team orientated
- Excellent attention to detail and deadline focused
- Good planning and organising skills
