We currently have a vacancy for a Clinical Lead Nurse at medium sized Nursing Home based in Margate, providing convalescence and short-term care to elderly clients.

The Senior Nurse will take a lead role amongst the clinical and care staff to ensure that the residential clients receive an extremely high standard of care. Duties will include assessing clients, formulating and reviewing care plans, administering medication, and ensuring client records are maintained, as well as supporting and developing the nursing and care team.

Applicants must be a registered nurse (RGN or RMN) with a keen interest in elderly care, as well as experience in this sector. Ideally you will have previous supervisory experience, although nurses with good clinical knowledge and the potential to lead will also be considered.

The right candidate has the opportunity to be groomed into a deputy manager role.

The ideal candidate will have
- Valid NMC Pin Number.
- Clear CRB (Criminal Records Bureau Check)
- Right to work in the UK
