I have a fitness first membership i need to transfer as i am moving out of the country it is a good deal as i got it as a friends and family membership which is one of the cheapest memberships you can get it also allows u to use any other blue membership locations which is most fitness firsts all over the uk.
The price is £34.95 per month and i will give you 10 days free aswell for the last 10 days of nov. Fitness First is a professional and full equipped club and I highly recommend it! If you take over my membership you don't have to pay 50 pounds joining fee!
My membership is till end of sept 2010 and is at Hammersmith but cause its a blue membership u can use basicaly anywhere in the UK. The clubs has a steam room, sauna, sun bed, cardio theatre, spinning room, and also DVD library where you can hire films totally free. There are also excellent personal trainers and free studio classes as well.
