Maintenance work scheduler office based
We are a well established very busy West London Property Maintenance Company. Unexpectedly we have an urgent requirement for an additional Maintenance Work Scheduler.
The role will involve receiving work requests from clients, assigning the work to one our team of mobile operatives, maintaining the database, providing regular and accurate feedback to clients and taking the job right through to billing. Of primary importance is to ensure workflow and all other aspects of the execution of the jobs are handled smoothly and efficiently.
You will need to be an assertive (in the true sense) communicator, You will have a clear and organised mind and an eye for details.
You will need to have previous experience of managing a reactive based service product. You will have a very high level of customer service ethic.
There is ample opportunity for expansion of the role and far greater financial reward based on success
Salary will commence at £22,000 per annum
We have a relaxed office environment and need an individual who is positive and enthusiastic whilst also remembering to enjoy the day!
Hours : 8.00am – 5.00pm with occasional flexibility as required.
Salary: Commensurate with experience and expertise
Start Date: as soon as possible
Fluent written and spoken English is imperative
