Floatworks is the world’s largest floatation tank centre offering Stress relief beyond belief and is Located at London Bridge.

We are now looking for someone special with the right attitude to join our reception team.

Ideally the candidate will have previous spa, health club or customer services experience. We require someone who is resourceful and can turn their hand to most things when asked.

Answering phones, filing and cleaning are important parts of the role - but the essential core of the job is that you enjoy looking after people.

The fundamental nature of the Floatworks is that we aim to make our clients feel incredibly special from the very second they enter our premises to the moment they leave and go back to the hustle and bustle of London life. This service commitment has to come from the heart and you either have it or you don’t

You will therefore need to be outgoing and have excellent customer service skills and be totally and absolutely committed to bringing a smile to work every day.

You will also need to demonstrate great organisational skills, exceptional spoken and written English and a good grasp of computers.

The position is shift based over 7 days, approximately 35-40 hours a week from 9am to 10.30pm 7 days a week on a shift basis; this is a job that requires that you work some weekends.

Salary, plus sales commission will be subject to negotiation and is based on applicants’ experience
