We are a couple of mid 20s guys looking for 2 new blokes for a house share in Clapham (pref Common area) or Wandsworth. Both professionals, one in advertising the other in film. We are looking for guys of a similar age to us, who are easy going and up for a laugh. Basically someone who is up for socialising with the other housemates and not just a lodger. It doesn't matter if you are two friends looking for two rooms, or just one person, looking for one room.

We are looking to get a 4 bed house - ideally with a garden and decent space. We have started looking but it seems wise and fair to find some housemates first. So if your interested then give us an email and we can meet over a couple of beers and discuss it. We are hoping to pay £500ish before bills (seems low but have seen a couple) - and we are flexible on this. We are in no particular rush as have somewhere to stay but would like to move in towards end of May early June.
