Volunteers needed overseas in 2010

Raleigh, an education charity relies on teams of experienced volunteer managers in project and field based roles to help run community, environment and adventure expeditions for young people aged 17-24 from all walks of life. The expeditions take place in Borneo, Costa Rica & Nicaragua and India.

We are urgently looking to fill roles on expeditions departing in early 2010. Please get in touch if you are interested in finding out which roles are still available.

Requirements
Aged 25 to 80, common sense, flexibility, drive, teamworking and some roles require specialist skills.

Choose from project or field-based roles. Project roles include project managers, medics, trek leaders, interpreters. Skills required for field-based roles include finance, communications, photography, logistics, administration.

One thing is certain - there is no such thing as a typical day on a Raleigh expedition!
