•Two minute walk to Highams Park Overground station on the Chingford line. 25 minutes journey to Liverpool St Station on the Overground.
•Connect to the Underground Victoria line at Walthamstow Central, only a 5 minute journey on the Overground. From Walthamstow 30 minutes to Central London.
•Alternatively, take Bus 275 for 10 minutes and connect to the Underground Central line at Woodford.
•For drivers, an easy connection to the A10 and then the A406 North Circular.
We are a house of four at the moment, male and female, all working. Rent is £350 per month, bills included. We require first month’s rent upfront.
