English speaking, good communication and outstanding customer service skills are essential. Experience as a minicab driver is an advantage.
Drivers must have their own PCO licensed and insured cars, which must be clean and of a high standard. Company cars are also available. Using Cordic (GPS (satellite navigation) and PDAs (mobile communication devices)) for communication with operators and customers.

We have a belief that our team should be happy, motivated and proud to work for Far Car Service. Thus our unique commission based system and no 'circuit rent' scheme has been put in place to ensure that our drivers don't pay any unfair fees which other minicab companies charge.
