Food & Beverage Manager for prestigious 5 red star Hotel.

Food & Beverage Manager required for one of the UK’s finest 5 red star, 1 Michelin star hotels. We are looking for a highly experienced Food & Beverage Manager to join this iconic hotel. The ideal Food & Beverage Manager will have a defined track record within 5 red star hotels and have experience of running Michelin star restaurants.

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to work in one of the UK’s most highly acclaimed 5 star hotels.

As the Food & Beverage Manager you will be responsible for the 70 cover Michelin star restaurant, 2 Bars, a number of small lounges and room service. You will be responsible for a food & beverage team of 40.

We are looking for a Food & Beverage Manager with an impeccable 5 star background. You will be a hands on operator, financially & commercially astute, a strong motivator and training of teams and an individual with impeccable customer care skills.

I am in a position to organise interviews and work trials immediately.
