I have a three bedroom, all ensuite, apartment in Southern Spain which is next to a 27 hole golf course as well as being on the beach!

There are a further two golf courses within 15 minutes and another three within half an hour.

The apartment is fully furnished (can sleep 8) and has British Satellite TV as well as a computer with internet.

There is a massive pool between the sea and the apartment as well as four tennis courts.

Prices vary according to season and there are substantial discounts for late bookings.

Direct flights into Almeria (under 30 minute drive to airport) come via Ryanair, Easyjet and Iberia, amongst others. Flights can be booked for as little as £10 each way.

£500pw April and May
£780pw June to September
£300pw October to December

Book more than three months in advance and get a 10% discount

Book less than one month before departure get a 15% discount

Book less than two weeks before departure get a 20% discount
