We are a small but rapidly expanding online 'commercial' property lettings company.
The company has a recognised name in its industry and has been established for over six years.

What the job involves:-

The job involves taking calls from applicants who are looking for property, qualifying their information and making appointments for them
to view properties over the phone. You will be required to follow up viewings, try to help negotiate deals for interested parties and make
other outgoing calls during the day to existing clients.

Feedback on viewings and property details can be recorded/sent using our online database. Occasional use of Microsoft
Outlook is also required. You will also be given previous enquiries to help bump up future commission.
We are not a high street estate agent, but an online portal for property; so the job doesn't require standing out in the cold,
with the wrong keys for applicant that doesn’t show up.

There is no cold calling involved and no monotonous paperwork - so a great chance just to concentrate on earning commission.


What we are looking for:-

We are looking for people who have either sales, phone based work or customer service experience to join our fantastic team.
Candidates need to have a good phone manner as the service we provide is also helpful and friendly.
Candidates also need to be solution orientated and have a positive work attitude.
Other important attributes that we are looking for:-

* Good time keeping.
* Candidates who are target or money driven.
* Basic Computer knowledge.
* Well spoken and articulate with a good understanding of English.
* Good enthusiasm in general.
* Ability to engage people on phone and build relationships.
* Willingness to improve their sales skills
