An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a leading supplier of mobile phone components with established, world-wide customer base. Due to past success and the need to ensure our existing account revenue is maximized we are looking to hire a Sales and Technical Support Administrator to manage and develop existing accounts and to bring some new business on board.

Your role will involve managing a varied volume of incoming customer enquires and orders for mobile phone parts and components, including creation of sales documents, management and administration of customer database and the general day to day sales support. Working as a part of small, dynamic team you will be involved at every step of the process from goods booking in procedures, stock level management, assigning products to specific orders and making arrangements for despatch in line with customer’s instructions.

The right candidate will have the following skills:
• Proficiency in MS packages, including Excel, Word and Outlook
• Good communication skills
• High level of organisation and self motivation
• Previous B2B sales experience an advantage
• Some knowledge of mobile phone technology essential

Role/Responsibilities
• Ensuring timely and accurate booking in/out of products
• Dealing with couriers – making sure all good sent via correct methods with correct paperwork
• Corresponding with customers regarding product requirements, and sales related issues
• Ensuring product shortfalls are kept up to date, to avoid delay in deliveries
• Making sure system stock levels remain accurate
• Keeping track of popular items, ensuring sufficient quantity in backorders
• Keeping up to date with newly released handset models, newly released parts.
• Researching new sales opportunities
