We are looking for two Chef de partie to work in our great ‘gastro’ but traditional type pub near Thames in Rotherhithe/Canada Water area (London SE16). The restaurant has 70 covers inside plus a further 80 covers outside during the summer. There are currently plans next year to open the first floor as a dedicated restaurant (subject to planning).

The bar is 50/50 food drink establishment that specialises in steaks, ribs and homemade burgers, as well as daily specials.

You will have a KP during busy times but will also be expected to KP for the Chef during quiet times.

Previous experience working with British menus would be advantageous! You must have a strong command of English, with the ability to work well under pressure and within a team.

Salary £6 per hour (depending on experience) plus training and tips. 20-40 hours per week.
