Kitchen Manager urgently needed – New Opening !

An amazing opportunity has arisen for a Junior Kitchen manager or Kitchen Team leader in this brand new concept in South East London due to open end of November.

This is a brand new concept opening in Catford, offering a new twist on a traditional operation.

The menu is a simple but effective one offering good value fayre and will need to be produced to company specification with in a demanding time scale.

As Back of house Team leader/Kitchen manager you must have the appropriate interpersonal skills to deal with a number of different individuals, be energetic, enthusiastic and have the ability to see tasks through to their end.

You must have a good understanding of food safety and have had experience/exposure to a high volume branded kitchen and have some experience with stock and ordering.

This role would suit a current Junior Kitchen Manger or pub chef looking for their next challenge.

The company can offer you an ongoing training program and the opportunity to progress your career up to management level.

You will work week will be based on 39 hours and you will be paid hourly circa £8 (this is flexible for the right candidate)
