Branded Ladies Fashion company in W1 requires Accessories buyer to start immediately for a chain of Accessories Stores.

Job involves

- To help source items for Ladies Accessories.
- Willing to travel and Sourcing both from the UK and Far East
- Negotiate with Factories , to obtain the best price, product safety

Ensure the suppliers/ factories have all the right information to produce
the goods in perfect condition , within tight deadlines


- Check on prices to ensure mark ups are satisfactory.

- Liaise with clients on product requirements

- Work with designers on artwork approvals / artwork and product set ups and any changes required

- Work closely with suppliers on product sampling (any changes required), production timing and checking lead times (To be able to multi task and work with different suppliers on different projects at one time

- Oversee QC of factories and products prior to shipping

- Admin and paperwork such as raising POs and customer confirmations, manufacturers agreements, terms and conditions

- Preferably educated to Degree level

- Able to multi task

- Able to work under pressure and tight timings

- Understanding of product safety requirements

- Chinese speaker would be helpful but not essential

We require a candidate with buying experience only.

Salary based on experience!
