Customer Services and Office Administrator
We are an online company dealing in all IT and Electronic solutions.
This position requires a dependable individual that can bring good organizational skills and customer service to our dynamic company.
Candidates must be responsible, punctual, methodical and well organized who can handle a high volume of work, meet deadlines and work in a fast-paced environment. Good communications skill is required internally within staff environment and externally with customers over the phone.
Candidates must have multi-tasking skill and is willing to learn as they will be using company online systems to update new product lines, create auction templates for our EBay store. They will need a high degree of comfort with computer applications.
Practical knowledge in PC components, and their functions would be advantages. They must be a team worker and be able to work on their initiative.
Candidates should be familiar with Microsoft Office (specifically Word, Excel, outlook and FrontPage)
Training will be provided to applicants
Our office hours are from 9am to 6pm Monday to Friday
