Facilities Manager
Facilities Manager
Facilities Manager required for busy SW London Printing company, must be self-motivated, organised and proactive.
Duties to include:
General Building Maintenance
• To carry out minor repairs and maintenance duties
• To produce a planned maintenance schedule
• To establish and maintain a list of approved contractor
• Supervision of cleaning staff and procurement of provisions
Waste Management
• To liaise with the waste management contractor to ensure efficient waste collection review waste management practice to ensure best practice and best value
Fork Lift Trucks
• To maintain records of FLT driver training and maintenance
Machine Maintenance
• To provide basic machine maintenance for printing/finishing machines
• To produce a planned maintenance schedule for printing/finishing machines
• To maintain maintenance records
COSHH
• To liaise with Safety Manager to ensure compliance with COSHH regulations including maintaining records of COSHH certification
Fire
• To review fire emergency procedure and plan and maintain records of non-emergency evacuations
• To liaise with fire safety contractor regarding maintenance of fire fighting equipment
• To liaise with Safety Manager to ensure compliance with statutory fire regulations with specific regards to escape routes, storage etc.
Storage
• To manage and maintain a register of storage both on and off site.
