Save MONEY before calling out your telephone provider, just remember that if the fault is down to you, and not your telephone provider you are looking at a call out charge of around £110 even before work has started. DONT GET CAUGHT OUT for no reason.
Make sure your house is fitted with the correct BT master socket NTE, or even the new BT I Plate which helps with faster broadband speeds.
