In this 100mph city it is very easy to forget that one day you will retire from your job and will have to try and keep up all the bills on a pension!

I have heard Engilsh people who have retired to Bodrum say that they cant spend all the pension even when they try! I am due to retire in 5 years time and my wife and I have invested in some land in Turgutries that is 15 mins from the beach and over looks the sea and mountains.
We have researched architects and picked one of the best to design/build our villa. We have the local council permission to build the architect has been registered as our official builders. We are not going to risk our savings by doing things the dodgey way - as I have seen some friends do.
