The Role:

Working within our member services team, you will initially be taking bookings from members, dealing with their queries and providing excellent service on a range of issues. We loathe the concept of call centres and deliberately staff our member services team with high calibre individuals who we empower to deal with issues rather than just logging them for escalation to another team. We treat our member services team as the entry point into the company and deliberately recruit people capable of taking on further roles within the business.

As a company which will double in size in the next 12 months alone there are fantastic opportunities for people who want to progress and move into other roles within Streetcar. Most importantly, because nobody has done what we are doing on the scale that we are in the UK there are no established industry practices and so we are in unique position of having a blank canvas. This means that while many companies will talk about dynamic opportunities and progression few, if any, will actually offer the level of opportunity that Streetcar can.

• Reasonable travel time to our Head Office in Wimbledon

SALARY: £18k – £20k depending on experience.
