A leading national construction company is currently recruiting for an experienced project accountant to join their team to assist with the accounts for a new development. The role will involve producing monthly forecasts and budgets for different areas of the new development, performing variance analysis, ensuring management packs are completed to deadlines and looking into other ad hoc projects as decided by the financial controller. Candidates for this role must have experience of working in a project environment and must be driven and happy to use their initiative. It is essential that candidates are fully qualified and ideally will have some experience in either the construction or property industries.
