Exercise Buddy wanted Female only 20 30
Hi everyone,
I am officially sick of being over weight.
I can’t seem to get motivated! Even when I think to myself right I am depressed about my body lets do something about it, I still can’t seem to get my act together to go for a walk or a run or even a bloody stole.
I am a 23 year old female, who is a sad size 20 and can not bear to go up another dress size. I used to be a happy size 12 a few years ago, but life has got in the way and I have piled on the pounds.
If you live near belvedere, Bexley, Bexleyheath, Erith ect,… or work in London near Camden or surrounding. Please contact me. I want to try a range of things or just get stuck into one thing. A dance class, power walking, tennis partner, swimming partner, aerobics, even the dreaded gym! I am great at motivating other people just not myself, and I need a like minded person.
Someone who will try a range of different exercises… even the silly ones and have a laugh with me, whilst tackling this weight problem!
Minimum of 3 times per week, for 2 hours per session and I am flexible. I would like to do 4 times per week really, but understand that people have lives. Don’t worry I am super unfit at the moment, and there will be breaks in the two hours.. I just want to get behind it.
