Both front and back gardens are large,as are the bedrooms, kitchen just been fitted and back garden just been re-turfed and re-fenced.

My housing will not allow a boy and girl to share a room so please bear that in mind before downsizing.

One of the bedrooms can be split into 2 rooms with a window and a radiator in each, but only for the same sex children.

Would like a minimum of 3 bed, absolutely anywhere considered, would prefer a house as i have dogs, but am open to suggestions.
