London Members Restaurant Manager:

Blue Arrow City are currently searching for a professional Restaurant manager to oversee a fine dining restaurant at one of London's most high end royal events
just prior to Chrismas.

Dated between Monday 14th December to Wednesday 23rd December- this perfect little Christmas earner would involve one very talented restaurant manager being responsible for a 180-cover fine-dining VIP restaurant.

The successful applicant would be required to manage:

- Their own kitchen,
- All of their Front Of House staff
- Dispense bar
- Reception desk.

The ideal candiate would have managed restaurants at Racecourses/ top end stadia restaurants and they would be required to work from 10am to midnight each day.
