We have a 2-bed apartment in the heart of Paralimni, east coast of Cyprus available for rent. It is currently unfurnished, but does have fridge/freezer, air conditioning and a hob/oven. There is a sea view over Famagusta from one side and a view over the communal pool area from the other side. Rental rates are negotiable depending on how long you would like to stay.

There is a communal pool area which is very pleasant and plenty of parking and storage space available.

Within walking distance are bars, shops and restaurants in the lively town of Paralimni, and Proteras is just a 5 minute drive away. Agia Napa is just 15mins drive along the beautiful coastline.
