What will I be doing?

The Floor Server’s responsibility is to ensure that the guest is served efficiently with well-presented, good quality food and drinks in a relaxed atmosphere. Other duties include following the correct health and safety procedures, clearing and re-laying tables. If you enjoy talking to people and provide the best possible service this role is for you. Tasks include

Receive, order and serve customer requests to the standards required
Understand menu content, any menu changes and promotional activities
Keep your service area clean and tidy and well prepared
Efficiently manage the proper settlement of all customer accounts
Be able to answer guest queries in a polite and helpful manner
