Position: Purchase Ledger Clerk
Our client is a successful media company who are looking to expand there payables team with a purchase ledger clerk. This position has come up due to a high volume of invoices, it is a temporary role so the candidate will need to be immediately available or on a weeks notice. It would be beneficial to have media experience although not a necessity.
Duties:
- Matching, batching and coding high volume of invoices
- Assisting with the payment run
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Bank reconciliations
- Dealing with any supplier queries
- Ad hoc finance administration
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills; written and spoken. The candidate must also have a good understanding of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, V & H Lookups).
