TERMS OF AGREEMENT

A. A Request for Services agreement including a confidentiality Non- disclosure agreement' has to be signed by client

B. product must already exist and be made available for shipping if agreed.

C. Samples must also be made available on request (at no charge) if required.

D. Fee. will be negotiated with seller at time of viewing of product and agreed Procedures, between both parties.
