Private Dining Co-ordinator

We are a two michelin starred restaurant in the heart of Knightsbridge looking to recruit a Private Dining Co-ordinator. The successful candidate will work within the reservations team.

The primary role of this position is to respond to booking requests for the private room and chef’s table. To achieve the highest standards within the booking and events process, contributing to the standards associated with the restaurant's name. To develop client relationships to build business in these areas and open new avenues for events.

Responsibilities are;
•Helping with a busy phone line, taking telephone bookings for the private dining facility and restaurant.
•To take the initial enquiry and to conduct show-rounds of the private room, meeting the private dining guests.
•Preparing function sheets for the kitchen, sommeliers and front of house.
•To follow up all provisional bookings.
•To respond to all email enquiries.
•To work closely with private dining clients to ensure that their function exceeds all their expectations.
•Preparing weekly and monthly reports for occupancy, revenue and booking forecasts.
•Ensure all reservations adhere to the reservation, payment and cancellation policies.

We are looking for someone with an excellent telephone manner and client relationship skills, a mature approach and a keen eye for detail. You will be working in a small team so you must be friendly and supportive towards your colleagues and have an excellent command of oral and written English.

This position is full time, Monday to Friday and one Saturday a month.
