I booked a ticket to france, then i had to change the date but the ticket was non refundable!

Details:

30/11 London st pancras > paris nord
depart 0727 arr 1056

and

30/11 paris mont> poitiers
deprt 1210 arr 1342

both window seats, both non smoking, youth fare (under 26)

selling them for £39, (bought for£48) i.e. not trying to make a profit, just want to see them used

..use them both or just go to paris.
