Reservations Manager - our client is seeking someone for a 12 month maternity cover (likely to be extended). A busy and varied role, we seek candidates with a background in managing a reservations team with skills including motivation and training; operational expertise; management of key client relations; quality control.

Characterwise you should have an enthusiastic and dynamic personality, be able to cope with stress and have proven organisational, operational and customer service skills. A background in the leisure industry is essential.
