Night Chef 11pm-8.30PM wanted to work at a International Five Star Hotel Room service & Breakfast

West One Hotel & Catering are looking for a Night Chef to join our client.

The client is looking for a Night to join their brigade with a main focus on running the room service with an additional focus on the Breakast service.

As Night Chef you will be responsible for preparing all of our 24-hour Room Service food and undertaking any preparation for the next day’s service as required by the Head Chef.

You will have numerous opportunities to continue to develop your skills in cooking whilst working with a talented and dedicated kitchen brigade.

With this in mind, you will ideally be working as a Chef de Partie within a quality restaurant or hotel environment, or as a Demi Chef de Partie, ready to take your career to the next level in this award winning hotel.
Salary will be negotiable depending on experience

To apply for this position you must have minimum NVQ 1 or equivalent and experience of working in a high standard establishment or placement experience.

Rota will be 3/4 days out of seven with usually Sunday and Monday Off

You must be eligible to work in the UK, documents will be checked and a full chef’s uniform and references will be required.

The job will be temp to perm as in you will work through the agency for a few weeks on a timesheet and then if you accept the position formally and you are successful you will start full time immediately.
