Available to move immediately?

We’re looking to fill a large double room in our amazing Fulham house and haven't found the right person so are looking to rent the room for one or two weeks.. or up to a month from May 31 with one person. You must be clean and tidy, please.

The house has to be seen to be believed (see pictures attached). It has a very large double lounge and extra-large kitchen with two stoves and plenty of space for dinners with friends etc. There are six bedrooms, three bathrooms, a conservatory, roof terrace, a garden, a basement and more… (you’ll be the envy of all your friends).

From the house you’ll be a few minutes walk to several bus lines (including a couple of night buses), giving easy access to Fulham Broadway, West Brompton, Earls Court or Hammersmith tube stations (all about 10-20 minutes walk). There are lots of cafes, restaurants, gyms, supermarkets, bars, shops and a cinema close too.

You’ll be sharing the house with six or seven other friendly people, but there’s plenty of space for everyone. We also plan to get wireless, Sky and a landline set up as soon as we move in (May 10).

The rent for the room is £162 per week or £324 for the fortnight payable in advance. You'll also need to pay around £15 of council tax and £25 towards bills. Up front we require one week's rent (£162) as a bond.
