Customer Support person needed

Location: Holland Park

We have a small friendly office near Holland Park, and we make and sell computer graphics software for photographers to use.

We need a person for around 6 hours per day Monday to Friday responding to questions from our customers, and helping them as required. We don't have a lot of people in the office, so to do this role you need to be quite flexible and willing to do other tasks as required. All of our customer support is done at the computer, so you need to be very familiar with normal Windows or Mac usage, and good at writing in the English language.

You must be quite organised, a quick thinker, and able to multi-task. Experience with normal Windows or Mac office applications is essential.

Is is a plus if you know some other languages, and if you are interested in photography. It would also be a great help if you live locally to Holland Park.
